Must be tough when your local Harley dealer is willing to cash your tax rebate check and turn it into a down payment. Not so. Have you calculated what the gov is sending you? I read the article in the SF Chronicle this morning and am more confused than an over-caffeinated squirrel. Maybe it’s was the typical Chronicle muddy journalizm. But, in this case, I’m really thinking it’s just those legislators who set out to make it simple, but with all those cooks-in-the-kitchen, made it about as complicated as it could be.
